Some Celtic fans think they spotted John Higgins going mad at Ibrox on Sunday – but is it really the Scottish snooker legend?
Higgins has made no secret of his love for the Hoops, regularly talking about them in the media, attending games and even taking part in charity matches at Celtic Park in the past.
He would have loved Celtic coming from behind twice to beat Rangers 3-2 at Ibrox on Sunday. But do we have to imagine his reaction to the result when you see this video?Some eagle-eyed fans believe it shows Higgins going mental after Moussa Dembele’s goal just before half-time:
But a quick look at the reactions to the post suggest that it wasn’t actually Higgins and was instead another Celtic fan who bares an uncanny resemblance to the snooker player.

Higgins beat Barry Hawkins to win the Welsh Open last week and, as far as we can see, wasn’t in action at the weekend while the Rangers v Celtic game was being played.
